Our wall panels are made from high-density foam sandwiched between two layers of mineral board reinforced with fiberglass mesh fabric scrim covered with a durable vinyl coating.
This creates an extremely strong and durable wall panel that meets energy model code (R11 energy efficiency) and a Class "A" fire rating for safety.

Panels are mold, mildew, and water resistant making them ideally suited for the basement. Integrated wiring channels makes electrical wiring a breeze and allows flexibility to locating electrical, plumbing, and ventilation outlets.
Wall panels of the Tuxedo system are finished on both sides allowing the flexibility to use the panels as dividing walls to create separate rooms and/or compartments with a finished surface on both sides. By painting the panels, you can have different colored rooms to create your own unique look. Don't be stuck with a few color choices - it might be fine now, but what if you change your mind in the future? That is why the Tuxedo provides you with the flexibility and versatility of a paintable surface.
Panels are available in 3 common colors, but can be painted to your specific color needs. The Basement Tuxedo panels are frameless and stud-free, making installation a breeze with minimal homeowner inconvenience during construction. Panels are also innovatively designed to allow for a 1-1/2 inch air gap between the panels and basement wall to allow for ventilation as well as providing room for plumbing, electrical wiring, air ducts and other obtrusions. Unlike other systems, Basement Tuxedo are readily removed to allow access to these important basement utilities. To top it all off, the entire Basement Tuxedo finishing system is 100% green being cured organic, as well as moisture, water and mold resistant.
