We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as an Appointment Center Representative. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls, following company policy to address customer needs and direct the calls to the appropriate department when necessary. Our Appointment Center is often the first point of contact for our business, so we are looking for individuals with a desire for complete customer satisfaction.
· Obtain and verify client information by answering telephone calls
· Determine appointment eligibility by gathering clients’ information
· Maintain customer satisfaction
· Input data into the company system to keep records updated.
· High School diploma or GED required
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent communication skills
· High level of professionalism
· Must be available to work weekends and some evenings as needed during busy season
*Part time applicants will need to be available to cover evening and weekend shifts.
