Richard joined the HomeSpec team 7 years ago! He is trained and certified in all things basement, crawl space, and foundation repair.

His daily duties usually revolve around waterproofing basements by installing sump pumps and interior drainage systems. His favorite part about his job is being able to help homeowners and also learn new things every day!

In his free time, you can find Richard mountain biking, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his son!
