Started in 1994, HomeSpec BasementFix is a family-owned business that cares about ethics, quality, and reputation. We pride ourselves on our ability to remain honest, dependable, and reputable over our more than 25 years in business and have never changed our name. Instead, we've bolstered that name by building an award-winning reputation and becoming a leader in the basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling industries in Greater Detroit. Despite our extensive experience, we continue to always seek improvement as part of the Basement Systems, CleanSpace, and Supportworks networks. After all, our company was founded when our owner was discouraged by the poor craftsmanship he was seeing from other companies and we strive to continually set an example of how quality work can still be done in an affordable and timely manner.
