Join our fast-growing team as a Marketing Manager! You’ll optimize lead generation, plan events, and help lead marketing campaigns that make an impact. If you’re motivated, organized, and ready to bring fresh ideas to a company that’s solving real-world challenges, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Track and analyze lead sources, lead flow, and marketing spend to ensure department KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate leads within budget and optimize conversion rates.
- Support a variety of marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
- Assist with budget forecasting, seasonal planning, and rollout of new services.
- Coordinate all aspects of local home shows and events — including signup, setup/breakdown booth materials, budgeting, and lead tracking.
- Write engaging content such as articles, blogs, photo captions, case studies, and promotional
- materials for our website.
- Develop content calendars and imagery for social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Manage and update all external site listings and respond professionally to customer reviews.
- Research and submit entries for industry awards and recognitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience in data analytics and lead flow analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities.
- A sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through in all assigned projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing (preferred).
- Note: This is not a graphic design or videography position.
