General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to install foundation and waterproofing repair products at customers’ homes
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on job sites
• Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment provided by the company
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl as part of daily tasks
• Ability to lift and carry materials without restriction
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Compensation

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay.
