Bay Port, Mi Crawl Space Support

A homeowner in Bay Port, Mi had discovered weakened floor joists from water damage in their crawl space. They quickly needed to restore their floors stability and address their crawl space with an experienced crawl space support contractor.

Secondly, we sistered and replaced some of the previously mentioned joists, and finally installed our SmartJack system. We would solve this problem with our EverBrace Wall Restoration System. This system helps to permanently stabilize and protect even the most extreme failing foundation walls. The EverBrace system uses steel corrugated panels that span between steel I-beams to strengthen the existing structure. A special rigid foam is injected behind the steel panels, filling voids between the existing walls and panels to transfer the load to the new support system.
