The SmartJack Support System provided vertical support by transferring the load from the sagging joists to a stable footing on the ground. These beams were placed on a footing of engineered fill to prevent them from sinking, and with the capacity to support loads of up to 10,000 lbs. they were fully adjustable to meet the needs of the home over time.
