This homeowner contacted HomeSpec because he discovered cracks in his basement wall coming from an egress window (as shown in the photos). Over the summer, the cracks would leak after heavy rain, even after he extended the downspouts near the window.
Our crew sealed the cracks with our polyurethane sealant, and reinforced them with carbon fiber power grids. This ensures the cracks will not worsen or leak again.
While there, we also leveled the concrete walkway using our PolyLevel system, and sealed the joints. To do this, an expanding polyurethane foam is injected under the concrete slabs, which then raises and levels them.
