This home in Fenton, MI has been in a family for decades. Each owner wants to make the space their own, to leave their mark for the next homeowner. Most recently, the current homeowner inherited the house from their aunt. They would like to add an addition but knew that in order to make that happen, the main house needed to be stabilized first. They set up a free inspection to get a full understanding of what their house needed.
The inspector, Erik, came out to the house and did a full sweep both inside and outside. This home has a crawl space with a block foundation.
