Challenge
A property manager who we had assisted previously with a different property they owned, reached out to us this time about some rental property they owned in Peck, Mi. This property was experiencing some problems with the foundation, they noted; it was evident that the main floor bedroom floor was sagging as well as an area near the front door. This of course, was affecting the overall value of the property, and thus hindered their business; they needed this resolved as soon as possible and resolved correctly. A project manager would be sent out who specialized in similar situations as well as general foundation repair so we could ensure the right skillset, and experience was employed for the project from start to finish. Solution

To rectify this problem, our proposed solution set would be the installation of supplemental support beams as well as our SmartJack Support Jack system. Once the supplement beams were in place, we could actively install the SmartJack system, which is adjustable year around to provide long-term support to any foundation support situation regardless of the change in circumstance. With this combination in place, we could reliably help lift the floors back to their proper level without incident and had the capability to adjust the solution should there ever be in change required. The galvanized steel engineering of this support system, including its zinc-based coating, ensures resistance from erosion and other possible damages, ensuring a permanent answer to this foundation settlement problem.
