Sales Representative

HomeSpec, a regional leader in waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair, is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team!

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling!) to diagnose issues in their homes and recommend the best solutions. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, help homeowners protect their biggest investment, and earn a rewarding income while doing it.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement (preferred but not required)
• Construction experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and performing physical tasks (walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling)
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Basic computer skills (training provided)
