Joshua has worked in the construction industry for an impressive 20 years. He decided to continue this journey by joining the HomeSpec team in February of 2025. He loves interacting with people on a regular basis and helping those in need, making him an excellent project manager. As a project manager, Joshua inspects issues that homeowners have begun to worry about. Specifically, he looks at basements, crawl spaces, concrete, and waterproofing needs. After an assessment, he reviews his findings and customizes a solution that best suits the homeowner’s goals and budget. When Joshua is not looking at homes, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter.
