Octavia joined the HomeSpec team with a background in tech and customer support. She has an Associate's degree and a Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. Octavia also accumulated 7 years of mortgage experience from IT, Salesforce, and underwriting. These skills made it an easy choice to have her join the Customer Care team.
A regular day on the Customer Care team means taking and making calls with empathy and attention to detail in mind. We understand that needing home repairs is stressful. That is why we want to make scheduling an inspection as simple as possible. When Octavia is not helping answer questions and setting up appointments, she can be found spending time with her wife and kids. She enjoys cooking, baking, and learning new hobbies.
