Josh Rooker

Josh brings a unique combination of leadership, communication, and hands-
on construction experience to his role as Project Manager at HomeSpec.

Before joining the team, Josh spent 11 years serving as a college campus
minister while also working in carpentry and handyman services, helping
homeowners with projects ranging from decks to kitchen and bathroom
remodels. His background allows him to connect with homeowners on a
personal level while also understanding the practical side of home repair and
improvement.
Josh has specialized training in waterproofing and structural repair
solutions for wall and floor support systems. He is passionate about helping
homeowners fully understand complex foundation and waterproofing concerns
in simple, easy-to-follow terms. Josh believes that clear communication and
honest guidance help homeowners feel confident and at ease throughout the
solution-finding process.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Christie, and their
two children, Joel and Aria. He also loves coaching and playing basketball,
watching Michigan State and Pistons basketball, kayaking, hiking, running with
his dog, and spending time outdoors. Josh is also actively involved in serving
alongside his church family.
