The entire process was very professional, friendly and descriptive. Every step was very well handled. I am extremely happy with the fix to our basement wall.
All calls were handled with patience and friendliness. Return calls were quick.
The on-site discussion was what sold me on HomeSpec. The representative gave me fantastic detail on options to correct my basement issues. I was impressed with his thoroughness.
The crew was prompt and great to work with. Finished quickly and answered all of my questions.

HomeSpec spent double or triple the time to understand my specific issue and describe my options. There was no sales pressure.
