It's quite clear that your first priority is to do an excellent job and ensure customer satisfaction! This is becoming more and more rare when dealing with home improvement companies and I applaud your company's culture!

Each crew (foundation, leveling, cement, etc.) made suggestions to me that improved on the initial plan and really wanted the job to be the best! I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of Devin (and his poly crew) and Rick (and the cement crew - they made suggestions that enhanced the final look of the project. It is so evident that your staff WANT to do the best and care about the final product. This is a reflection on the management of the company and a culture where excellence (not cutting corners) is valued.

Phase 1 (garage foundation leveling) left my driveway covered in clay and dust. I was somewhat surprised they left it in that condition. When I mentioned it the next week to Devin who came to level the garage floor and front porch, he immediately had a member of his crew use a power washer to completely clean the driveway. It never looked better! Devin is outstanding in his customer service, attitude, manner and work ethic! (Give him a raise because, as a former HR manager, I know a quality employee when I meet one!)
