It is not often I write a review for something that was not performed. David K from HomeSpec came to give me an evaluation for possible foundation work. A previous estimate the day before the recommendation for Multiple helical piers was made after a brief inspection DAVE preformed a thorough inspection, the representative explained that no repairs were actually needed at this time. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Instead of trying to sell me something unnecessary, they took the time to educate me about what they saw and what to watch for in the future. That level of integrity is rare and deserves recognition. I will absolutely call HomeSpec again if I ever need work done.
