Not sure exactly. Had three estimates for the work in 2018, and Chris convinced me that your process is superb, which I have had no failures on those repairs! I didn’t go with the lowest estimate back then, and it was the right choice. This time around I didn’t even bother getting estimates. Also, Greensky financing is really great to work with. Lots of communication from them on what needed to happen and when and how to set up an online account and autopay. Hopefully no new issues pop up, but if it happens, HomeSpec is my go-to company!
