Sterling Heights, MI, Home Uses CleanSpace to Stop Pest Residing in the Crawl Space

Located in Sterling Heights, MI, a homeowner’s crawl space was not properly finished. Because of this, they were experiencing pests in the crawl space. The homeowner reached out to HomeSpec for help encapsulating their basement, hoping it would fix the pest problem as well as keep the moisture out. This would prevent the growth of moisture and mold, creating a healthier living space. Once the homeowner accepted the plan, a team led by Kevin and Jon got to work on the repairs. When the project was done, the homeowner was glad to have a pest-free home and a healthier living area.
