The crawl space below this business in Richmond, Michigan was experiencing water issues, so the owners called HomeSpec. Water was leaking in at multiple walls and pooling on the floor. A musty smell could sometimes be caught in the store above. 

To combat this issue, our crawl space experts decided a full waterproofing and encapsulation system would be best. In order to waterproof, a sump pump, dehumidifier, and perimeter drainage system was needed. Then the area was encapsulated with a vapor barrier.
