Foundation Repair Photo Album: Helical Piers & Exterior Waterproofing in East China, MI

There were cracks between the bricks and water was always seeping into the basement. There were also cracks on the main floor of the home and the porch was pulling away – which are signs of a sinking/settling foundation – so Helical Piers were necessary to lift the home and stabilize the foundation.  After excavating to install the piers, foreman Ryan Loop and his crew waterproofed the exterior walls of the basement. On the inside, they installed a WaterGuard Drainage System to collect water in the basement and deposit it into the sump pump.  Sam was so happy to finally have the issues in his home taken care of after so many years and felt so much more at peace knowing all that stress was gone!
