Foundation and piering expert Ryan Loop and his crew stabilized the crawl space walls by installing carbon fiber straps. They also filled the cracks between the bricks and pushed the wall back into place since it had moved. On the outside, Helical Piers were installed under the home to hold and stabilize the foundation – preventing it from sinking any further. While the exterior walls were exposed, they were also waterproofed.
