Again, Mr. Brown was extremely thorough in the inspection and explanation of the cause of our foundation issue as well as the best process to permanently correct the issue.

Very hard working. Ryan and "T" were amazing to watch working as a team.Always kept me informed of the progress. Very professional team.
The Cleanup Process
Again, very thorough, All debris was removed from the job site and yard was graded and ready for reseeding.

My house is almost 100 years old, I was very nervous about a crack I found in the basement wall.in the wall. I called several companies to diagnose the problem and how to remedy it. Home Spec was the only one to give me an honest and thorough explanation on what was going on. ALL of the others seemed to just want to sell me a product. Also as a retiree, and living on a fixed income, The financing options you have available helped to relieve a lot of the stress in the decision making process. Lynda and I have decided to stay here for another 25 years. Thank you ALL so very much. Your company turned an extremely stressful situation for us, into a rather enjoyable experience.We love our house again.
