Burton, MI Concrete Driveway Repaired

A Burton, MI homeowner noticed how much their sidewalk and driveway had changed. The concrete was sinking in various spots and speckled with cracks. The homeowner intended to stay at this residence for at least five more years and did not want these conditions to worsen over that time. After evaluating the slants and depths of the sinking concrete, Ted shared that HomeSpec would be able to level the concrete using PolyLevel® Injection Foam and repair the cracks using NexusPro sealant. The homeowner was happy with these options and agreed to have HomeSpec do these repairs. HomeSpec’s PolyLevel foremen, Domonique and Fred, led the teams in this process. One team focused on the lifting while the other focused on sealing the cracks and joints. The finished product was even and sealed concrete from where the road meets the driveway to the garage.
