Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A home in Macomb, MI was on the market so the current homeowner could move closer to family. Zach, a senior project manager for HomeSpec, did his own inspection so the crew would be properly prepared if the homeowner decided to move forward with the company. He saw the mold and moisture issues previously pointed out and investigated the scope of the damage. Zach then created a repair plan and brought it to the homeowner for consideration. He recommended using Mold-X2 to prevent mold growth before installing products to prevent moisture. These products would be the SmartPipe™ perimeter drainage pipe and CleanSpace® encapsulation. Secondly, installing a CleanSpace® vapor barrier would prevent moisture issues in the crawl space and maintain a cleaner environment.
