Foundation Repair Case Studies: Leaking Rod Holes Damage Repair in Plymouth, MI Basement

Challenge

This Plymouth, MI homeowner’s basement was riddled with rod holes and cracks that leak. The constant water exposure had made each hole a distinctly noticeable eye sore. Solution

The first crew was led by foreman Mike. They repaired the leaking rod holes and cracks using high pressure urethane injections, stopping the water from within. The second crew was led by foreman Brandon to waterproof the basement. This was done using a WaterGuard® interior drainage system, a new Sump Pump, an existing discharge and basin, and CleanSpace®. This collection of products will collect any water that intrudes, pump it away from the home, and keep the walls looking fresh.
