With the PolyLevel system, a small penny-sized hole is drilled into the concrete. Then the expanding 2-part polymer rigid foam is injected underneath. As it expands, it fills in the voids between the soil and the slab. This raises the slab up and levels it with the rest of the concrete. And BOOM - it's finished!
