Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

We recommended having their crawlspace encapsulated due to the water rising above level, this was most likely the cause of the musty odor that was spreading throughout the home.

Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace system by completely sealing it off from water and air leaks with a vapor barrier. This improves the air quality of the upstairs and will help the home use about 20% less energy.

Project Manager Mark Buhr developed a repair that would best suit Elaina's needs. Jon Davis and his crew installed The SmartPipe™ Drainage System made for crawl spaces, and connected it to a brand new sump pump with a powerful Zoeller Pump inside. This system will collect water and funnel it away from the foundation. They then sealed the floor and walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to block moisture from entering.
