Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sump Pump Failed and Water Flooded Basement in Fort Gratiot, MI

The sump pump was updated and connected to the interior drainage system. This system is much more powerful and reliable when it comes to keeping the basement dry.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed over the walls to direct moisture from the walls into the drainage system. This also blocks water vapor from entering the basement.

Album Description

These homeowners had their crawl space encapsulated by HomeSpec and were very happy with the work. Recently when their old sump pump failed and the water back-up sprayed all over the basement (which wasn't waterproofed), they knew who to call.
