For the floors, they dug out trenches along the basement’s perimeter to add an interior drainage system. They filled in the loose space with rocks and concrete to seal it into place and then covered the concrete floor with ThermalDry® Elite Plank Flooring which gives a finished look while being water and mold-resistant. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed next to the sump system and an Aspen Air Purifier was placed in another area of the house to fight moisture and air pollutants.
